Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez is once again a target for AC Milan, according to numerous reports in Italy.

The Serie A side are believed to be weighing up offers for Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and a meeting took place this morning in Milan between Ibrahimovic’s agent Mino Raiola and Milan sporting director Adriano Galliani.

Paris Saint-Germain are said to be extremely keen on the 30-year-old Sweden international and would be willing to offer as much as 60million euro (£47million) either for Ibrahimovic or defender Thiago Silva.

If PSG’s bid is accepted for Ibrahimovic then Milan could be back in for City striker Tevez who was linked with a loan move to the San Siro during the January transfer window.

Italian newspaper Gazetta dello Sport adds that Milan may make a bid for City striker Edin Dzeko if their move for Tevez is rebuffed by City boss Roberto Mancini.

Such moves could result in a City move for Arsenal striker Robin van Persie. The Sky Blues have been linked for some weeks with the 28-year-old Dutchman and it has even been reported that a contract worth £220,000 a week was agreed with van Persie some weeks ago.
