With Ibrahimovic exiting the San Siro, the Milan club will need to replace their Striker.

According to reports in Italy, the San Siro club is preparing to re-bid for City star Carlos Tevez.

The Argentinian was heavily linked with a move to the Serie A side, after carrying out a self-imposed exile after refusing to warm up.

Tevez, 27, was widely expected to leave City after a touchline dispute with manager Roberto Mancini during City’s 2-0 defeat at Bayern Munich last September.

However, after apologising to manager Mancini, the 27-year-old was accepted back into the first team to make an unlikely appearance and push his team in the final third of the season towards the league title.

Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport is claiming AC Milan have submitted a formal bid for the striker following positive talks with the Carlos Tevez’s agent, Kia Joorabchian.
