Manchester United are being heavily linked with Valencia midfielder Sofiane Feghouli. Numerous reports from Spain claim the Red Devils have been monitoring the Algeria international whose current deal with Valencia expires in 2014.
Feghouli plays as an attacking midfielder but is equally capable of playing in a defensive midfield role and has scored twice in Valencia’s opening four games in La Liga this season. He was born in France and played for Grenoble before securing a move to Valencia in 2010. Although eligible to play for both Algeria and France he made his debut for the North African nation in 2011. He has two goals in his six international appearances.
Russian side Spartak Moscow are also reported to be interested while United are said to be monitoring his progress and see him as a possible replacement for Nani whose contract talks stalled during the summer.
